The similarity is that in both the cases the light is deviated from its original path i.e. their angles change (even for a short while in a refraction)and the difference is that after changing angle after reflection it does not come to its original angle but in refraction the angle remains deviated for only as long as the light is in that medium.After coming out of the medium the light comes back to its original angle
