In "A Modest Proposal", by Jonathan Swift, according to the narrator, the advantage that impoverished children of Ireland have is A. They can live as beggars.

Swift, writes about how Ireland is suffering from being under British rule. He writes about how impoverished couples have trouble feeding their children.  It is common to see mothers and children begging on the streets, that is their advantage. To avoid this, Swift suggests in a satirical way that women should sell their children to rich English landowners, so they will serve them as meals.
