I would say D as well because she accepted the food easily.
If she was in a rush, should might have waved it away or said something about it. It's definitely not A, because she can't run home with a plate of pie, and I'm pretty sure it's not B because she barely blinked an eye about the food, meaning it must be a common thing for Mama to do things like that.
