The country still remains as a nation of immigrants despite numerous laws that in placed to limit immigration. This is because the country still provides equal opportunities for immigrants in terms of providing health care, education, and employment opportunities. The country is very diverse in ethnic backgrounds because it is still very open in learning different cultures that can be adapted or applied to further improve its systems.
