A: you don't need to call for emergency if you get a paper cut but you should do the rest.

The term "cut" had a broad spectrum. There are multiple types of cuts caused from multiple types of trauma. The course of treatment would really depend on the severity and type of injury. However, when referring to a small cut injury, all steps should be taken except for Option A: Calling for Emergency Assistance. I hope this helped !
