No it does not show that time! Reason why is because the clock shown shows that the time is 2:19
No, it does not show 2:29. The hour hand is correct because it is between 2 and 3, however the minute hand is at 19 minutes. For it to be at 29, it would need to be to the right of the 6 because 6 indicates a half hour (30 minutes)
