Find the width of the first garden so: 15/5= 3 yards

I'm guessing that the new width would be proportional to the new length so we need to find that first:

3/5 = x/7  ~  cross multiply 
x=4.2 yards

Now find area:

A = 7 x 4.2

= 29.4 square yards
