Ok, it can't be C because you never place a comma in front of the adjective which is describing the noun, unless their is 3+ descriptive words.

Commas never are used when there is an 'and' set in front of it. Commas generally mean 'and'. So therefore don't need to be used again, so we can eliminate B.

Not D, because it Does not contain a comma.

A is the only correct option.
