You should encourage yourself to break your process of your goal into steps along the way.
Goal setting is a way of encouraging a person to achieve goals, whether in the educational, work or social environment. A goal may be ambitious, but it must be achievable so you don't get frustrated. To accomplish a goal, you need to plan activities, avoiding any kind of outside interference. So you can focus and this will increase the productivity and performance of the task. It is also important that you set break times for rest. I like to adopt a reward system. For example, if I can meet my goal, I eat chocolate at the end of the day, which I really like. This is just one strategy among many others you can adopt, depending on your tastes.
