I had to look for the options and here is my answer:
Based on the given history and chief complaints of the patient, I can say that the first thing that the nurse should do is to CHECK THE BLOOD PRESSURE. Since the damage is at the T2 level, patients complaining about a headache should be assessed for they might be experiencing autonomic dysreflexia and this would result to an increased in BP.
