what is the difference between and static and current electricity? give an example for each

Respuesta :

Static electricity is caused by the build up of electrical charges on the surface of objects, while current electricity is a phenomenon from the flow of electrons along a conductor. 2. When objects are rubbed, a loss and/or gain of electrons occurs, which results in the phenomenon of static electricity

crazy... I just finish taking this class lol
Static electricity involves a build-up of electric charge which is released in a single burst. An example would be lightning.
Current electricity is a continuous flow through a conductor, as seen in a wall outlet or a battery.
I hope this helps!
