is abc with vertices a(-2 -5) b(2, 0) and c(-1, -4) a right triangle?

ABC is a right triangle because AB | BC
ABC is a right triangle because BC | AC
ABC is a right triangle because AB | AC
ABC is not a right triangle

Respuesta :

ABC is not a right triangle.

If you'd graph these numbers, they wouldn't be a right triangle.
How do I know?: a (-2, -5) and c (-1, -4) are both in quadrant 3, (Bottom left.)
Also, -4 and -5 are awfully close to each other making it impossible to be a right triangle.
