Describe what might happen to the water cycle if less solar energy reaches Earth and how Earths climate would be affected.

Less water would evaporate and earth would cool down, so the core would cool down, so the magnetosphere would go down, and we would all be killed by radiation if we didn't already freeze.

we would die because we froze to death because the temp will be a lot colder then what it already is.
