Thin and colourful, custodian of dreams and wishes adorned; holding the thoughts of yesterday and the hopes of tomorrow
Of pictures, of speeches, of words with lasting laughter that stays the same time and time again. The wave of a hand, never destroying.
I am Crinkle (having wrinkled form), crisp(somewhat dry form) and clear. What am I?

I answered this before. Here's my take.

I think the answer is either a MAGAZINE or a NEWSPAPER.

Thin and colorful may be due to the photos published on the paper. Colors contributed from different text colors and fonts.

Holding the thoughts of yesterday and the hopes of tomorrow may be news and predictions.

The wave of a hand, never destroying. crinkle, crisp, clear. This may refer to when we turn the pages of the magazine we're reading. And the page is initially crisp then as time passes after many uses it becomes crinkled.
