The grammar in Spanish and in English is the same in the way that they both have grammar based in the tense and also that the base structure in the sentences are the same way. The grammar in Spanish and in English is different in the way that in Spanish we identify feminine and masculine article, singular, plural, and adjectives. In English we don't do that. As to the weather phrases it the same in the way that we mean the same in a different language.
