Answer:
carpel tunnel syndrome
Explanation:
Carpal tunnel syndrome is a repetitive movement disorder, a neuropathy resulting from compression of the median nerve in the carpal canal, an anatomical structure that is located between the hand and forearm. Through this rigid tunnel, in addition to the median nerve, the flexor tendons pass through the synovial tissue. Any situation that increases the pressure inside the channel causes compression of the median nerve and carpal tunnel syndrome.
The main cause of carpal tunnel syndrome is Repetitive Strain Injury, generated by repetitive movements such as typing or playing musical instruments. There are also traumatic (falls and fractures), inflammatory (rheumatoid arthritis), hormonal and medication causes. Tumors are also among the possible causes of the syndrome.
