Some advancements may include: Cars, (because we would rather drive than walk somewhere) Phones, (we're always on them, so it makes us want to stay on them than exercise) Television, (same thing with phones) and many more. All of these, can also improve your weight, if you use them correctly. With cars, you can drive to a pathway, where you can jog, or ride a bike. With phones, there are certain apps you can easily download to track how much you eat, how much you weigh, and how much time you're spending on certain technology. With television, we see ads and commercials on just about every new exercise machine there is. That could motivate us to exercise more.
