How do I factor this:

15x^2-8x+1

The answers are 1/5 and 1/3 but I don't know how to get there

15x^2-8x+1
First Factor
(5x-1)(3x-1)
set each factor equal to zero
5x-1=0   3x-1=0
solve for x
5x=1      3x=1
x=1/5     x=1/3
