Industrial Designs is not a category of intellectual property covered by the TRIPS.
The TRIPS Agreement protects four categories of intellectual property: copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Industrial Designs, which are the visual features of shape, configuration, pattern or ornament applied to a finished article, are not covered by the TRIPS Agreement.
