In The Metamorphosis, which part of the plot differs from the standard elements of Freytag's pyramid?
A.The conclusion, because the story basically ends and the conflict is not resolved
B.The climax, because more than one event could be considered climactic
C.The rising action, because the story is introduced and then immediately followed by the climax
D.The falling action, because the story ends directly after the story's conflict is resolved

Respuesta :

The  part of the plot which differs from the standard elements of Freytag's pyramid is being shown in the second option - B.The climax, because more than one event could be considered climactic. As you can understand from the story, it starts with climax that keeps a reader and main character during the whole story. According to the Freytag's Pyramid here is a sequence of plot points : Exposition, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action and Resolution. In this case exposition is replaced with eternal climax which we will come across till the very end of a book.

Answer:
