I think the best answer would be between a university and a working farm...but it depends a bit on what the play is about. Although, if you think about it, a circus and a beach resort qualify to be answers, because in all the options it's possible to be lazy as a weakness. They're so many different possibilities :(
If I was forced to pick I would go with the farm.
...or the university...
...no, the farm. This is hard! Anyway, if you prefer an urban setting, go with the university. If you prefer a rural setting go with the farm.
