My ranking for each dimension of health:

Physical: I would rank physical an 8 because I work out about 4 times a week and I walk my dogs. I also eat really well. I eat all 5 food groups in 2 out of 3 of my meals.

Mental: I would rate mental an 8 because I have very high self- esteem and I'm very confident but I also have anxiety.

Emotional: I would rate emotional a 6 because I have issues expressing myself and when I do express myself it's not always in the best way.

Social: I would rate social a 7 because I have really good relationships with my friends and family but I don't like being in large crowds for long periods of time.

Spiritual: I would rate spiritual a 5 because I don't follow any religious group and I don't have a certain culture that I am tied to but I am very good without those things.

Environmental: I would rate environmental a 9 because I have clean water, clean air, clean homes, my neighborhoods are clean, but of course its not perfect.

Some things I can do to improve my overall health is continue to exercise, continue to keep myself clean, and work on being in large groups for long periods of time.
