1. If you were colored in the 18th century, you were probably a slave. and slaves were obviously treated like an object rather than a person.
2. women didnt have rights.
3. freedom of religion did not exist
4. education was hard to receive for middle class and below
5. the way lower class people overworked themselves and didnt have medical help
though, this was all in the u.s.
