1. Spreadsheet software is commonly used in databases. So there are many different jobs like sales manager or HR. It's very useful to store the data about sales and customers in the spreadsheet, as it provides you a possibility to create customer database and analyze your sales. There are many useful software which will help you with analyzing databases in spreadsheets. You can use Orange or something else.

2. Here's my list:
    1. Customer's ID
    2. Product ID
    3. Quantity that had been sold
    4. Price
    5. When it had been sold
    6. Seller's ID

3. There could be a customer with the same name or surname. It could cause a mess in your database if the customer wants payback for something and there will be the customer with the same name. I think that the primary key should be consisted of unique Customer's ID number.

4. It's quite difficult to answer this question. It depends on what kind of DBMS your company uses. It's very important.

5. My favorite types are:
Intervention. It will help you to find out if there some issues about relationship between you and your staff. You should listen to your staff and respect their opinion.
Communication. That will help you to find out the way your staff communicating with each other and then find out if there's something wrong with someone's behavior.

6. In my view the best ways to increase sales and publicity are:
Events like buy one/two get another free could really increase company's sales and publicity.

Communication with publicity by appearing on channels, popular websites or video hostings would really increase publicity.
