It is true that teen bullying is a big problem nowadays, and there have been many attempts to curb this dangerous and damaging behaviour. If you wanted to design a law to address it, first you would have to think of the definition of bullying. It would likely refer to abuse that is constant. Moreover, it should be directed towards a particular person with the goal of hurting them. In terms of the punishment, a fair one could be community service. This is a common punishment for teenagers as it is not too harsh, and it allows them to contribute to their community.
Social Bullying states hurting or demeaning someone on social media that would negatively impact their reputation and social relationship.
Law for stopping social bullying
The law must be created where the person accused of social bullying must be suspended from using that technology for a specific time period depending upon the damage made by them.
The accused must be fined a certain amount penalty as punishment by considering the loss to the victim. They could even be imprisoned in case of any life threat or loss.
