Enzymes are specific or picky. So the enzyme that works with a chemical reaction of triglycerides will is that the enzyme will work with more triglycerides.

Enzymes are the biocatalysts that are used to increase the rate of the reaction they are working on by lowering the activation energy where the activation energy is the minimum or threshold energy required for the substrate to form products and that is high the substrates cant be turned into products so the lowering of it can be done by enzymes.

The enzymes are said to be specific and that is why the mechanism they use is lock and key for a specific lock there is a specific key in the same way for every reaction there is a specific enzyme as if proteins needed to be changed into products the enzyme used will be protease and if lipids needed to be changed the enzymes used will be lipase so triglycerides are the lipids or fatty acids made up of three glycerols joined together and because it is a fatty acid the enzyme which will work is lipase and the chemical reaction of triglycerides by enzymes will work only with more triglycerides and not any other molecules.

The Enzymes are specific in nature because they can work only at certain ph and also they have certain ability to what extent they can lower the activation energy nd as substrates are different there energies also differe so the enzymes working on that particular energy needed by substrate is used henece they show soecificity.
