There will be a net movement of the atoms from the top to the bottom of the container.
What is diffusion?
Diffusion is the movement of molecules from the region of higher to the region of lower concentration of the molecules through a permeable membrane.
In the image, there are more atoms of fluorine at the top of the container than bottom. Since there is a permeable membrane between the top and the bottom of the container, atoms from the top will diffuse to the bottom.
The movement of atoms from the top to the bottom will keep happening until an equilibrium is reached. Equilibrium is when there are equal number of flourine atoms on both sides of the container. Thereafter, no net movement of atoms happens again.
