In the trial of ordeal, an accused went though the ordeal and his punishment or innocence would be decided by the god, and priest would carried them to the church as at that time church was the powerful institution which used to control the action and thoughts of the people.
Accusations of witchcraft was passed by the Elizabeth, through which, it was decided that the death penalty would be given to the accused if harm caused to others.
King's peace was the belief that it was the duty of the king to maintain the law and order properly for the safety of the people.
