R = G M / v^2         radius of satellite orbit

R = 6.67E-11 * 5.98E24 / 5000^2

R = 6.67 * 5.98 / 25 * 10^7 m = 1.60 * 107 m = 16 * 10^6 m

Radius of earth = 6.37 * 10^6 m

H = R - r = (16 - 6.4) * 10^6 m = 9.6 * 10^6 m
