Since its on a workbook, I think what your supposed to do for the shapes is measure the given side, say the line for the first question for a square was 2 inches, then you would have to put the rest of the sides 2 inches as well, paying attention to the angle measures.
each angle is 90° in a square, 120° for a hexagon, and the rest should hopefully be do-able.
