Answer:

i would have not made the agreement to the Munich Conference because since the invasion of austria at March 1938 i would know that Hitler can't be trusted and will have some evil thoughts on his mind. i think it would be different allies sending sanctions or even start war preparation. (i seriously don't know how to answer the other thing)
