Mia knows that she needs to exercise 150 minutes a week. She is really busy during the week, so it is hard to exercise then. However, her
weekends are generally pretty open so she figures she will just go for a long walk on Saturday morning. What is the BEST advice for Mla?
OA. Walking is not really exercise, so she needs a whole new plan.
OB. As long as she gets her exercise in, it does not matter when she does it.
