- These stereotypical views of someone just for being a certain gender could negatively impact how the society looks at each-other.
- For instance, the people may be running low on workers. They only allow men to work, but there is a shortage. Then, they have to hire women because no more men want to work for them due to the stereotyping the business is committing to. The business gives up instead of just hiring the women.
- Because of these two previous reasons, the community has worker shortages, meaning the bosses have to pay more salary to the smaller groups of workers, also meaning companies will lose money very fast, and they will fail as a community.
