From the parent cubic function x^3,
a(x-k)^3+h is its transformation and it would be vertical stretch by a, followed by a horizontal translation by k and vertical translation by h
Your equation follows the same format it has a negative sign at the front before the ( ) which means a reflection over the x axis at the beginning
SO your graph is a

2.followed by a vertical stretch by 2
3.followed by a horizonal translation to the right 4
