Solution :-

In the given figure arc AB subtends an angle of 124° at the centre . Firstly convert this into radians as ,

So,

[tex]\longrightarrow 124^o = \dfrac{\pi}{180^o}\times 124^o [/tex]

[tex]\\\longrightarrow 124^o = 2.16 \ rad [/tex]

Now we may use the formula ,

[tex]\longrightarrow length = radius \times \theta [/tex]

Substitute the respective values,

[tex]\longrightarrow \widehat{AB}= 9m\times2 .16 [/tex]

Multiply ,

[tex]\longrightarrow \underline{\underline{\widehat{AB}= 19.48 \ m}} [/tex]

Hence the required answer is 19.48m .
