In the given figure arc AB subtends an angle of 124° at the centre . Firstly convert this into radians as ,

So,

[tex]\\\longrightarrow 124^o = 2.16 \ rad [/tex]
Now we may use the formula ,
[tex]\longrightarrow length = radius \times \theta [/tex]
Substitute the respective values,
[tex]\longrightarrow \widehat{AB}= 9m\times2 .16 [/tex]
Multiply ,
