People often differ from animals. How human society is different from animal’s society are;

  • Animal society is known to based on instincts and the use of reflex behavior but the human society is often uses reasoning or any rational character or behavior.

  • No  rights and duties exist in the animal society and as such animal do lives upon their physical powers but the human society is known to have well defined system of law and order.

How are humans different from all other animals?

​Humans and animals are known to share some measures of similarities as they both eat, sleep, think, and communicate.

The  differences between humans and animal species is simply man's ability of complex reasoning, complex language, etc.
