Imagine that you are a Native American forced to relocate west of the Mississippi along the Trail of Tears. Would you find your relocation to be fair, legal, or justified? Explain your answer.

Respuesta :

If i was actually, a Native American, I wouldn't think it to be fair, legal, or justified. I was just kicked off land thats been in my family for hundreds of years by foreign occupiers. I wouldn't be happy, but thats conquest

If I was a Native American person forced to relocate west of the Mississippi along the Trail of Tears, I would not find my relocation to be fair, legal or justified. In fact, I would most likely believe that my relocation is terribly unjust. I would argue that my family has been living in these land for generations, and that the new settlers have no authority over me and my community. However, it is likely that I would have to relocate despite my beliefs.
