one way humans impact the nitrogen cycles is by using nitrogen in our fertilizers to increase the amount of nutrients for that season. Another way would be by using fossil fuels, which would be in automobiles, power plants, factories, home furnaces, etc... These are both negative impacts that increase acidity in the atmosphere.

Thus, these human activities negatively affect the nitrogen cycle.
