Start by filling out the years on the x axis. Looks like you started, but skip a line after 2 and write 3, skip a line and write 4, etc all the way to 10. On the y axis, make each line equal to 25, so the fourth line up from zero label that one 100, then skip 3 lines up and make that one 200, etc. so each line is 25 and every 4 lines is 100. Then you just plot your points. For the first one you go over on the x axis to 2 and then up to 537, which will be a little higher than 525 so a little higher than the line above 500. Put that point on that spot and circle it. Then also go over 2 and up 112, so a little above 100 but not to the next line above it cause that would be 125. Put a point there and draw a triangle around it. Just keep going with all the points.
