I would say the last bubble/number4, because in paragraph two: it’s states of maturity a lot and it tells of how having age restrictions make totally sense from a scientific standpoint. I’m paragraph 1 it’s tells of how at a certain teenage age you can do most things adults can, then leading to say that having age restrictions makes no sense. So number 4 ( last bubble) makes the most sense as it tells of maturity and not age.
