Perhaps they find the thrill is participating in such activities. Or they feel like they are above everything in this case probably the law. Or they find their identity in doing so in, usually it is in groups and peer pressure exists as a factor to be considered, doing wrongful activities alleviate one’s status in such groups to be seen as cool or brave.
