Learn how to use guns and updated weapons. Another thing is getting people to respect your military its about the skills it takes to join. Just not anyone can join. You have to be trained and pass a P.T. test. You need to learn how to survive alone on your own. They need to keep their skills updated and not use the 1800's skills. The world is changing and so is wars.
