Dear Mom and Dad,

Being a soldier wasn’t what it seemed, I thought I was going to save lives but they have us do tons of training. The Sparta is a lot different than home. They have such a dry climate, its crazy. It’s so hot during most of the seasons.

Anyway, how’s it going with you guys, is it worse since I’ve been gone, or has it gotten better? How’s the temperature, has anything flooded or any storms? I have to attend to things, so I’m going to cut this short. I hope that everything is okay, be safe.
