When an information sent by a speaker (sender) is related to listeners in ways they can understand, use, or respond to, this is known as: Communication.

Communication can be defined as a process which typically involves the transfer of information from an individual (sender or speaker) to another person (recipient or listener), through the use of semiotics, symbols and signs that are mutually understood by both the speaker and the listener or sender and the recipient.

Basically, communication is said to have occurred when an information is related to listeners in each of the following ways:
