Approx 100g of baked potatoes Adding 1 a cube of butter or margarine to your baked potalo adds about 100 calories. Top it with 1 tbsp. of sour cream and you add about 23 more calories. Adding 1 oz. of cheese adds another 70 to 100 calories. In total would be 36 grams and 144 calories.
