PART A. preparation/determination

People have made a willingness to make a difference in the preparation/determination process.
This is kind of a stage of research: individuals are now making small changes towards cessation.
We try to collect data about what they need to do to change their behavior (sometimes by reading information that could better their lives).

Everybody wants to change the world, but they never intend to start because changing the world requires changing our lives.
