Sometimes stress can be caused by many things. It might even be something that you would have no clue could be causing it. But i suggest telling your parents or someone about it, as posting it on brainly might not be the best idea. Hope you find your answer!

In your case, I would say it is because of too much effort behind work. As you have been constantly working and putting pressure on your brains which will effect your mental health along with your physical health. Doing these sort of things daily creates a feeling of anxiety and tension in your mind thinking that if you can finish in time or not or if your too late in doing out something.
