i am accused of stealing a box of velveeta from giant food. I have no criminal record. I am held in jail for a year before my trial. The judge sets bail at $10 million. I repeatedly ask to see my lawyer,but I am always told that all the state-appointed lawyers are busy helping other customers. have my rights been violated.
