Which of these people is in an environment that is likely to affect their emotional health?

Mr. Black, who spends most of his days in a windowless, air conditioned office

Jamie, a high school student who lives in a neighborhood that has a very high crime rate

Mrs. Reems, a working mother who lives in the heart of the city with constant traffic

Respuesta :

I believe it would be Jamie

The answer would be all three of them.

Mr Black is stuck in a windowless office all day which is soul destroying. Even though there is air conditioning that will make the temperature at times pleasant, he might not actually communicate with anyone else all day, or what he does for a living in the office might be highly stressful. Office environments are well known for producing a lot of stress and this will absolutely affect his emotional health. He can't even look out of a window for a bit of distraction or small breaks.

Jamie lives in a neighborhood with a very high crime rate and he is a high school student so there will be already be a lot of peer pressure on him. His environment will cause him a lot of stress and potential harm which will have a negative impact on his emotional health.

Mrs Reems is a working mother which already comes with a lot of stress. She works in the city with constant traffic which means daily amounts of noise and arguing, potential road rage incidents, potential delays to get to work and returning home at the end of the day, pollution and accidents. This would all wear a person down and negatively impact on their emotional health.
