That which is made possible by the expression of different point of view in government is COMPROMISE.
Compromise is the art and concept of reaching a mutually acceptable agreement or solution about a particular problem, such agreements usually differ from the original solution. In government, it impossible to get everything that one wants, thus, it becomes inevitable to shift ground and meet others half way in order to preserve the government. When different political parties have differing views, they usually resolve it by reaching a compromise.
